Thanks to LinkPhysics, our authorized sales representative in China, for alerting us to this: a Lake Shore Cryotronics customer was recently featured on the China Central Television (CCTV) as one of the leading researchers in that country.
If you are interested, you can watch the video (in Chinese), where at about a minute in, you will see our Model CRX-VF probe station being used by Prof. Xinran Wang from Nanjing University. Dr. Wang’s research focuses on low-dimensional materials, including transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) for electronic device applications. Shown in the CCTV segment is research of his relating to probing carrier transport and structure-property relationships of highly ordered organic semiconductors at the 2D limit, as well as N-doping of graphene through electro-thermal reactions with ammonia gas.
